A Master’s degree is a plus. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Experience in managing distributor networks and retail partnerships. - Strong understanding of the soap and detergent market, including customer behavior and competitor landscape. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools. - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
