Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 4. Experience in managing distributor networks and retail partnerships. 5. Strong understanding of the soap and detergent market, including customer behavior and competitor landscape. 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 8. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 9. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools. 10. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. 11. Strong organizational and time management skills. 12.
