EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of a first degree in any relevant field preferably Social Sciences.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Service Sales Management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Management or Supervisory role with any institution.

Description
Our client, a reputable domestic courier company with operations nationwide is seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic, and responsive individual for the position of Sales Manager.
ROLE PROFILE
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the sales team in generating new business for the company, building comprehensive plans while setting goals, helping to grow existing business, and increasing business turnover. He/she will also undertake the following duties:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop an effective sales strategy that has the potential to meet the medium and long-term corporate sales revenue.
- Develop sales procedures and policies to monitor national sales performance.
- Develop an adequate compensation scheme for the sales force across the country based on on-target earnings (OTE).
- Develop an effective coverage matrix for sales activities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and adjust strategies where necessary.
- Develop innovative ideas to increase sales revenue for the company’s growth.
- Organise programs to enhance team skills and service knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and improve idea contributions.
- Identify and address challenges that arise in the sales process and find solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relations with key clients and stakeholders of the company.
