Our client a leading tile manufacturing company in Ghana is employing  two qualified and  experience Sales Supervisors with a minimum of three (3) years experience for their business operations at Takoradi. 

Candidate must be able to undertake the following:

1. Understand customer needs and offer solutions ans support
2. Organize and coordinate sales representatives' schedules
3. Research potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources
4. Receive and report on all sales leads
5. Supervise sales representatives
6. Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
7. Work with sales team and track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
8. Meet all sales quotas and goals
9. Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Salary Range : Between GHS 8,000.00 - 13,000.00

Please note that outstanding candidates may receive compensation beyond this salary range
