Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline 5-10 years’ experience in FMCG sales, with a least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within biscuits, or food manufacturing Proven experience supervising field sales representatives and delivery teams Strong knowledge of route sales, van sales, and distributor management Experience coordinating with factory, warehouse, and dispatch operations Ability to analyze sales reports, stock movement, and market performance Candidate must be willing and able to travel or relocate anywhere within the country
