• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Renewable Energy, or a related field. • 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the energy, technology, or utility sector. • Experience with B2B and B2C sales models is an advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. • Knowledge of solar energy systems is a strong plus (training will be provided).

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, referrals, social media, and networking.


• Present and demonstrate solar energy solutions to potential clients, including product specifications, financial benefits, and environmental impact.


• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions aligned with the company's offerings.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager or Branch Manager.


• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.


• Maintain strong after-sales relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.


• Stay up to date with solar industry trends, product developments, and market competitors.


• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and community events as needed.
