Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding the Polytanks and plastics products business within an assigned territory by managing existing customers, identifying new business partners, and driving aggressive business development initiatives to achieve sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Expand Polytanks business within the assigned territory by strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Identify and onboard new business partners to increase sales volumes.
Explore and identify new products within assigned market segments and make recommendations to management for additional business opportunities.
Conduct market mapping activities in line with company requirements.
Drive aggressive business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Tactically manage customers involved in plastics product sales to ensure retention and growth.
Carry out daily customer visits in line with the Daily Sales Report (DSR) requirements and submit accurate customer visit reports.
Conduct continuous market research and analysis, closely monitoring competitors’ activities on a daily basis.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Business Management or related field preferred).
Minimum of 3–4 years’ sales experience on a permanent basis after National Service (NSS).
Proven experience in field sales and business development is an added advantage.
