• Minimum of HND or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in retail or showroom sales with at least two years’ experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer service orientation. • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. • Good organizational and multitasking abilities. • Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools. • Fluency in English. • Knowledge of home appliances, electronics and hardware is a plus • Team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

JOB SUMMARY

The Showroom Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and fully stocked. The role involves actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchase process to ensure satisfaction and retention.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

            •           Greet and welcome walk-in customers to the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.

            •           Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.

            •           Provide in-depth knowledge about the features, specifications, and benefits of products.

            •           Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting showroom products effectively.

            •           Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, discounts, and product launches.

            •           Follow up on customer inquiries and support the after-sales process.

            •           Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

            •           Maintain showroom cleanliness and merchandising standards.

            •           Track stock levels and liaise with inventory teams for replenishment.

            •           Process sales transactions using POS systems and ensure accurate billing and payment.

            •           Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
