Job Summary:
MYTH House is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team and provide support to our Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out sales activities, recording and tracking sales activities at retail points, preparing sales reports, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help customers to find products they are looking for and provide information on product features and benefits
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, restocking and arranging merchandise as necessary
• Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash, debit cards, and other payment methods
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, to generate repeat business and referrals
• Participate in inventory management, conducting periodic stock counts and reporting discrepancies to management
• Assist in preparing quotes, and invoices for clients.
• Monitor inventory levels at retail points and communicate with headquarters to ensure timely delivery of stock to the retail points.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including reports on daily, weekly and monthly sales as well as customer feedback.
• Report to Sales Coordinator to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records of the company for financials and audit reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams by reporting on customer experience, feedback and going trends in the retail of the products.
• Ensure the sales points you are assigned to are open, accessible and functional to customers during business hours
Requirements:
• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, retail environment, or related field, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic computer skills, with experience using POS systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, accessories, and their usage
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
• Willingness to man sales points at trade shows and events.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
