Job Summary
Sales Officer with a focus on Research and Analytics, you'll drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our recruitment services to various industries. You'll also leverage your research and analytics skills to inform sales strategies, analyze market trends, and optimize our recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales:
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across various industries
· Research and Analytics:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the recruitment industry
o Analyze competitor activity, market share, and pricing strategies
o Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to inform sales strategies and business decisions
o Provide data-driven insights to support sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations
· Client Management:
o Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their recruitment requirements
o Present tailored recruitment solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services
o Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
· Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment consultants, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
