Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in conference and banquet operations within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of event planning, AV systems, and F&B service protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management soft-ware (i.e. Opera).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Description
The Conference and Banquet Executive is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all conference, banquet, and event-related activities within the hotel.
You are required to ensure seamless delivery of service from inquiry through post-event follow-up, maintaining high standards that align with the brand promise of Best Western Premier. You will act as a liaison between clients, the sales team, F& B team and various operational departments to guarantee the successful hosting of events while maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring guest satisfaction.
