REQUIREMENTS
1. Research potential clients, make cold calls, and follow up on leads to generate new business.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Showcase the features and benefits of products or services to potential clients.
4. Work with clients to negotiate sales agreements, prices, and delivery terms.
5. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
7. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
8. Work with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
9. Create and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
10. Maintain accurate sales records, track sales performance, and manage CRM software.
11. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build relationships.
12. Continuously update knowledge of products or services, including features, benefits, and applications.
13. Provide regular sales reports to management, including sales performance, pipeline analysis, and market feedback.
