Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Sales Executive shall be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's products.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and related industries.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase market share.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their project requirements.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
4. Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Maintain a deep understanding of our concrete products and services.
- Educate clients about the benefits and features of our products, providing technical support as needed.
- Promote the company’s brand and value proposition effectively in all interactions.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts for review by the Commercial Manager.
6. Other Duties
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
