Description
Our client a leading cement manufacturing company is seeking to hire an experienced individual to assist with the operations of the company as a CORPORATE SALES REPRESENTATIVE.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing pricing, credit, and payments. He / She must cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients leveraging proven B2B and/or B2G account management expertise as well as performing the following duties:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape and customer requirements to craft compelling, value-driven proposals.
- Manage the entire bidding process, from identifying opportunities and developing winning proposals to leading successful negotiations expertly.
- Demonstrate a track record of navigating complex procurement procedures and securing advantageous contracts in both B2B and B2G sectors.
- Achieve the specified target number of bags and bulk cement sales directly to professional end-users on a monthly basis.
- Utilize effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop and manage a target number of active clients who consistently purchase a minimum volume of cement each month.
- Nurture client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
- Meet all designated professional end-users in your region at least once per month to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.
- Maintain the average price per ton within the established budget while ensuring profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction among clients by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Provide management with regular reports on competitive activities, market trends, and potential opportunities for new products and services.
- Offer insights and recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
- Conduct regular account reconciliation with clients to ensure the accuracy of transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage credit limits for each client, evaluating creditworthiness and minimizing credit risk.
- Collect cash payments from credit customers according to an agreed-upon schedule.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the corporate sector to enhance business opportunities and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Generate regular reports detailing sales achievements, client feedback, and market insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance skills and sales effectiveness.
- Seek continuous improvement in sales approach and customer engagement.
