We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Lead with at least 2 years of field experience in business leadership and administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing a Boot Camp Training program focused on CCNP and cybersecurity. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic planning, and the ability to collaborate with technical experts to deliver high-quality training.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning and execution of Boot Camp Training programs.


• Collaborate with instructors and technical teams to ensure training content meets industry standards.


• Oversee event logistics, budgeting, and scheduling.


• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract participants.


• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, participants, and team members.


• Monitor program performance and make recommendations for improvements.
