A reputable company is seeking to employ two (2) Sales and Marketing Executives who will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for their operations in Kumasi, Ashanti Region. 
 Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
2. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Generate leads, convert them into sales, and meet sales targets.
5. Create and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.)
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, customer service, etc.) to ensure alignment.
7. Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, making data-driven decisions.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
9. Manage and optimize the sales and marketing budget.
10. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base.

Salary and Benefits: Net Salary: Ghs 1,500.00 and monthly bonus of Ghs 300.00. Saturday allowance of Ghs 120.00 and Commission on Sales target.
