We are in need of Customer Service Sales Executives for immediate employment.
Main Responsibilities
1. Assist customers who call into the sales queue to place orders by using the place by a feature.
2. Proactively call and persuade customers whose orders were previously cancelled.
3. Use of both upselling and cross-selling tools to increase customer's order value.
4. Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
5. Handle special requests and complaints of customers; - Collect and store useful data within our backend system.
6. Ensure follow up through emails, phone, or any required means.
