Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and promote a portfolio of baby care and hygiene products, including sanitary pads, feeding bottles, and baby kits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through direct interaction with retailers, distributors, and medical stores, ensuring strong market presence and product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential retailers, pharmacies, and distributors to promote and sell products

• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to prospective buyers

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements

• Submit daily/weekly reports on sales, leads, and customer feedback

• Ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and payment collection from clients

• Participate in trade shows, promotional activities, and field campaigns
