Description
- Supervise and authenticate all stock count.
- Ensure that stock is received and stored according to company standard.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Ensure food is handled as per company guidelines.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to established company recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor the flow of orders ensuring that the process is efficient, timely and seamless.
- Supervise food storage and waste management procedures to maintain freshness and minimize loss.
- Supervise daily cleaning of the kitchen; equipment’s and workstations ensuring that they are clean and meet company standards always.
- Supervise monthly kitchen deep cleaning, ensuring that it is carried out properly and as scheduled.
- Provide ongoing feedback/communication to kitchen team members from management.
- Ensure kitchen policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle disciplinary issues as and when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and equipment to identify and address any safety hazards.
