The key duties include:

1. Media Relations – Building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media houses to ensure positive coverage.


2. Press Releases & Public Statements – Writing and distributing press releases, speeches, and official statements.


3. Crisis Management – Handling negative publicity and responding to crises to protect the organization's reputation.


4. Social Media Management – Overseeing social media platforms and online engagement to maintain a positive image.


5. Event Planning & Management – Organizing press conferences, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.


6. Internal & External Communications – Managing internal newsletters, company announcements, and external correspondence.


7. Brand Management – Ensuring that the organization's branding is consistent across all platforms and communications.


8. Public Engagement – Acting as a spokesperson for the organization and engaging with the public.


9. Stakeholder Relations – Building relationships with clients, government officials, investors, and the general public.


10. Monitoring Public Perception – Conducting research, surveys, and media monitoring to gauge public opinion and improve communication strategies.
