Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage. Professional marketing certifications (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing) are desirable. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. Proven experience managing projects and large-scale events such as graduations, prize-giving days, and institutional programs.
