• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in spare parts sourcing, procurement, or inventory management, preferably within the construction or heavy equipment industry in Ghana • Strong understanding of spare parts specifications, materials, and quality standards. • Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and manage supplier relationships. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in using inventory management systems and procurement software. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. • Willingness to travel within Ghana as required.

• Spare Parts Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to secure reliable and cost-efficient spare parts suppliers, both locally and internationally.


• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with spare parts suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery, and pricing meet company Group's standards.


• Inventory Management: Monitor spare parts inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure optimal stock availability to minimize downtime.


• Procurement Process: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase order creation, negotiation, and delivery tracking.


• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of spare parts to designated locations.


• Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spare parts procurement.


• Quality Control: Ensure that all procured spare parts meet company quality standards and specifications.


• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate competitor pricing, and stay informed about industry trends.


• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sourcing activities, supplier information, and inventory levels, and generate regular reports.


• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with sourcing spare parts, such as supply chain disruptions and quality issues.
