KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overall leadership of security operations, deployments, and control room activities
• Personnel recruitment, training, discipline, and performance management
• Oversight of IT systems, electronic security, control room, and AI-enabled tools
• Preparation of proposals, tenders, and business pitches
• Sales, marketing, and client relationship management
• Strategy development, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
• Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for private security companies
• Representation of the company in high-level meetings and presentations
