• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily security operations and ensuring smooth and efficient processes.


• Coordinate and supervise security personnel, ensuring they adhere to protocols and provide exceptional service.


• Conduct regular site visits to monitor security activities and ensure compliance with company standards.


• Respond quickly to security incidents or emergencies, providing direction and leadership to on-site teams.


• Support the development and implementation of security plans and strategies to improve operational efficiency.


• Ensure that all operations are in compliance with local regulations and internal policies.


• Manage communication between management, security staff, and clients.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• Must be reliable and dependable with a strong sense of responsibility.


• Willingness to travel and work on various security assignments.
