JOB OVERVIEW
A reputable organization within the professional services industry is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting business activities in a fast-paced and professional environment.This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items where necessary.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Assist with office administration and operational support tasks.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks and assignments are completed on time.
- Support event coordination and other business-related activities when required.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
