JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior management. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
• Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
• Support project coordination and administrative tasks
• Screen and prioritize incoming requests and communications
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office
