Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating the sales team to achieve sales targets, expand market coverage, and ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities. The role requires a proactive leader with strong experience in FMCG distribution, retail channel management, and team motivation to drive consistent performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of Sales Representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Plan, execute, and monitor sales activities across assigned territories to ensure effective product distribution and visibility.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.


• Track daily sales performance and provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to the team.


• Ensure adherence to company pricing policies, merchandising standards, and promotional execution.


• Collect and analyze market intelligence data including competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer behavior.

Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and market activations
