EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. (A Master’s degree will be advantageous).
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years specializing in SaaS sales.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales analytics tools.
• Should have advanced certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler Sales, Challenger Sales).
• Multi-lingual capabilities are an advantage, particularly for global sales.
REQUIREMENTS
• Should have strong knowledge of the enterprise technology landscape, particularly SaaS solutions.
• Must have experience working with enterprise clients across multiple industries.
• Should be willing to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences and events.
• Must have determination towards personal and organizational sales targets.
• Must be polite with a strong focus on the organization’s ethics and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Description
Our client, a leading enterprise technology provider is looking for an experienced person to fill the role of a B2B Sales Executive (SaaS Specialist) to assist in the operations of the business.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored SaaS solutions that align with their needs. He/she will also perform the following duties as well:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through market research, networking, and outbound sales strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers across enterprise organizations to understand their challenges and demonstrate how the solutions address their needs.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting value propositions and Return On Investment (ROI).
- Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional communication.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by converting leads into long-term clients.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align with strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in the SaaS space.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring transparency and pipeline visibility.
