The Marketing and Sales Associate will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales revenue. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns, engage with potential customers, and build strong client relationships. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities, such as webinars, networking events, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures and advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, business leaders, and training coordinators.

Client Relationship Management
