Description

We are seeking an experienced & innovative Research and Development Executive to lead the formulation, development, and launch of new products, and optimize existing products. Will play a critical role in driving innovation, maintaining product quality, and ensuring competitive advantage in the market through a robust R&D pipeline, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory compliance.

Will be overseeing project execution from concept to launch. This role demands strong leadership, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
