MSC degree with at least three years of experience in an M&E position. BSC degree in M&E or Public Health or Statistics or Development studies or Health Informatics or any other related professions with at least five years of experience in an M&E position . Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the international health sector. Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones, demonstrating strong communication, flexibility, and adaptability. Previous working experience in the eye/health sector and/or an international NGO will be an added advantage. • Proficient in written and spoken English. • Demonstrated experience in designing M&E frameworks for projects, including developing performance monitoring plans, Log frames, and setting targets.

• Develop and maintain trust and good relationships between the company and its partners in collaboration with the respective sector institutions, collaborating agencies, health care workers and volunteers, and communities in company-supported projects’ areas.


• Develop Logical framework and write the MEL sections of project proposals.


• Create new projects and build a logical framework in the Global MEL system, SPECTRUM.


• Develop and periodically revise supported projects’ data collection and reporting tools.


• Review and compile all training reports conducted through company support.


• Maintain comprehensive company projects’ files containing but not limited to project plans and amendments, monthly/quarterly/annual reports, midterm and final evaluation reports, surveys and baseline data, case stories, important communications, and all other MEL records.


• Liaise with global MEL team to troubleshoot SPECTRUM related issues to company-supported projects in Ghana.


• Travel to different project locations in the Greater Accra and Ashanti regions
