Description
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements (receipts and issues).
- Maintain updated records of inventory levels, stock locations, and reorder points.
Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Issue materials and products based on authorized requisitions.
Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards.
Monitor stock expiry dates and coordinate timely usage or disposal.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments for stock replenishment.
Tag and label items for easy identification.
Maintain records using inventory management software (if applicable).
Assist in preparing inventory reports and audits.
