Job Summary

A fast-growing distribution and retail organization is launching a dedicated HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café/Catering) division in Accra and is seeking a dynamic, results-driven HoReCa Sales Manager to lead its sales operations. The successful candidate will spearhead the growth of the HoReCa channel, build and maintain strong relationships with foodservice clients, and drive revenue and market share. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and leading a team of field sales executives as the division scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to establish and grow the HoReCa channel in line with organizational objectives.


• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth segments within the HoReCa market.


• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutional clients.


• Lead negotiations, develop tailored proposals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of HoReCa field sales executives.


• Foster a results-oriented, customer-focused culture within the sales team.

• Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining profitability.


• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
