• Technical/Vocational training or equivalent experience in machine operation. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sachet packaging (water, juice, detergent, or other FMCG products preferred). • Knowledge of machine mechanics and troubleshooting. • Attention to detail with strong quality control focus. • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Physically fit to handle long shifts and repetitive tasks. • Must reside in Taifa or its immediate environs.

Job Purpose:

To efficiently operate and maintain sachet packaging machines, ensuring smooth production flow, quality output, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor sachet packaging machines to meet daily production targets.


• Ensure correct packaging materials are loaded and used (films, laminates, labels, etc.).


• Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, sealing, cutting) to ensure proper filling and sealing of sachets.


• Inspect finished products to confirm compliance with quality standards (weight, seal integrity, labeling, etc.).


• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine faults or escalate to maintenance when needed.


• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines.


• Record daily production data, downtime, and wastage.


• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.


• Report material shortages, damages, or machine malfunctions promptly.


• Assist in training new machine operators and packers when required.
