Job Summary
This role involves working directly in the field to ensure that the company's battery network operates safely, efficiently, and reliably at all times. The Field Execution Associate will be the first responder to address Health & Safety (H&S) incidents, move batteries around the network, conduct routine maintenance checks, and support logistical needs across various business functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys problem-solving in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations:
- Act as a first responder to address Health & Safety incidents in the field, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Move batteries across the network as required to maintain operational efficiency and reliability.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on swap stations to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Network Reliability and Safety:
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or inefficiencies within the battery network.
- Conduct thorough assessments of swap station sites to ensure they meet operational and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Network Management team to resolve urgent network issues in real-time.
Site Identification and Support:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential new swap station locations, considering customer needs and operational feasibility.
- Support the rollout and setup of new swap stations in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
Logistics and Collaboration:
- Provide logistical support to other departments, such as moving equipment, supporting testing initiatives, or handling special projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all tasks, inspections, and incident responses, using company-provided tools and systems.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Interface with stakeholders (e.g., distributors, station operators) to address any field-related concerns and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, partners, and third-party providers.
