Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, Journalism, or related field 3–6 years of hands-on experience in videography, photography, and post-production Proficiency with professional video, audio, lighting, and camera equipment Skilled in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; basic motion graphics using After Effects Strong photography and colour correction skills, including post-production workflows Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, audio levels, and platform-specific export settings Experience with live streaming tools and encoder setups for internal or external broadcasts Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and shot composition abilities Strong time management, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally Portfolio of completed work on campaigns, events, or executive content; experience in a regulated industry (e.g. financial services) is a plus
