A leading international medical insurance provider, in partnership with a prominent local healthcare leader, is seeking a strategic and high-performing Country Manager. This role is designed for an experienced executive capable of driving both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic growth. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in client retention, high-level business development, and the management of complex multinational accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Develop and manage a robust, consistent sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
- Identify new sales opportunities and pitch bespoke insurance products to high-level stakeholders.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with multinational clients and insurance brokers.
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, ensuring effective proposal creation and securing of purchase orders.
- Maintain fruitful, long-term professional relationships with a diverse portfolio of existing customers.
Business Operations & Leadership
- Oversee all in-country operations, including local administration and financial activities.
- Provide executive-level leadership to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with regional goals.
- Bridge the gap between strategic decision-making and daily execution to ensure sustainable market growth.
