• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA preferred. • Professional qualification (ACCA, ICA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) required. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting and/or treasury management, preferably within agribusiness, FMCG, or related sectors. • Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, SAGE, or equivalent ERP). • Proven analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines. • Excellent communication, integrity, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail. • Proactive, results-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software applications.
