Conduct environmental impact assessments and implement measures to minimize harm. 4. Implement waste management and recycling programs. 5. Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics. Employee Engagement and Training 1. Provide health, safety, and environmental training and awareness programs for employees. 2. Encourage employee participation in health, safety, and environmental initiatives. 3. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits with employee participation. Emergency Preparedness and Response 1. Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures. 2. Conduct regular emergency response drills and training exercises. 3. Ensure that employees are aware of emergency procedures and protocols. General 1. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Health, Safety and Environment Manager to ensure health, safety and environment standards are met. 2. Report all health and safety concerns to the Quality Assurance, Health, Safety and Environment Manager. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of health, safety, and environmental incidents and performance metrics.
