Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Logistics Supervisor with a strong engineering background to oversee and optimize our freight and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, cost-effective, and safe transportation of goods, leveraging their technical expertise to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.


• Coordinate with operations and transport team


• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): on-time delivery, transit times, and damage rates.


• Analyze and optimize logistics processes using engineering principles.


• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).


• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., customs, transportation).


• Implement and enforce safety protocols.


• Communicate with external partners (vendors, customers).


• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
