Job Description

1. Must wear a pleasant smile to greet and welcome customers

2. Attract and sell to customers

3. Understand customer needs and provide product advise to maximise sales

4. Be able to operate a point of sale (pos) device

5. Be able to handle cash

6. Create space for new stock, clean, pack and unpack deliveries and create attractive product display on shelves

7. Have product knowledge and be able to handle customer complaints

8. Deposit money at the bank

9. Perform any other job related functions assigned by the supervisor.

Skills

1. Be respectful and courteous

2. Have strong interpersonal communication and basic math skills

3. Ability to stand for long hours and lift, pull and push, clean items displayed and being sold
