JOB PURPOSE:

The successful applicant shall be responsible for the delivery and installation of furniture and furnishings at client locations, ensuring proper setup, functionality, and customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Delivers and installs furniture items at customer locations.


• Assembles furniture according to specifications and guidelines.


• Ensures proper placement and alignment of installed items.


• Conducts basic quality checks to ensure items are defect-free.


• Handles customer queries during installations.


• Troubleshoots and resolves minor installation issues on-site.


• Ensures all installations are completed safely and efficiently.


• Maintains tools and ensures proper handling of equipment.

PERSON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Possesses good communication and customer service skills.


• Strong attention to detail and problem - solving ability.


• Physically fit and able to lift and move furniture.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
