Job Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing production activities for campaigns, events, and experiential projects.
This role ensures that all production elements ranging from set builds, installations, technical setups, and content production are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will ensure seamless execution by coordinating resources, vendors, and teams in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Execution
• Develop production plans for:
- Campaign activations and events
- Set builds and installations
- Content and media production
• Interpret creative briefs and translate them into actionable production plans
• Ensure all production activities align with project timelines and objectives
2. Project Coordination & Delivery
• Coordinate all production activities from pre-production to post-production
• Monitor timelines and ensure on-time delivery of projects
• Oversee on-site execution and installations
• Ensure smooth coordination between teams during execution
3. Vendor & Supplier Management
• Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors
4. Budget Control & Cost Management
• Develop and manage production budgets
• Track expenses and ensure cost efficiency
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Work closely with finance and procurement teams
5. Quality Assurance
• Ensure all production outputs meet required quality standards
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and finishes
• Ensure alignment with creative concepts and brand guidelines
• Conduct quality checks before final delivery
6. Risk Management & Problem Solving
• Identify potential production risks and develop mitigation plans
• Resolve issues quickly during production and execution
• Ensure minimal disruption to projects and timelines
• Escalate critical issues when necessary
7. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
• Work closely with creative, design, and events teams
• Ensure alignment between creative ideas and production execution
• Support account teams in delivering client expectations
• Participate in planning and brainstorming sessions
8. Team Coordination & Supervision
• Supervise production staff and technical crew
• Assign tasks and manage team schedules
• Ensure effective communication within the team
