Description
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and correctly.
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints politely.
- Set up tables with cutlery, napkins, and condiments before service.
- Clear tables and clean dining areas after customers leave.
- Process bills and handle cash, POS, or mobile payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in restocking supplies such as beverages, utensils, and napkins.
