Description
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers find products and provide accurate information
- Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets
- Arrange and display items neatly on shelves or in the shop
- Restock shelves and ensure products are always available
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and issue receipts correctly
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and attractive at all times
- Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items
- Receive, check, and arrange new stock deliveries
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely
- Maintain records of daily sales and prepare simple reports
- Ensure proper labeling and pricing of all products
- Prevent theft and ensure security of goods
- Follow company policies and instructions from management
