Understand clients’ business needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions across various sectors.
Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top candidates.
Use job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and headhunting to identify and attract high-quality talent.
Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing outreach.
Negotiate terms, close recruitment agreements, and meet or exceed sales and placement targets.
Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems while mentoring junior recruiters and supporting team goals.
