JOB PURPOSE:
The successful applicant will be responsible for the daily management of All Fixed related complaints such as fixed faults, installations and surveys.
The role reports to the Fixed Operations Analyst.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Acts as a Point of Contact for Fixed service delivery issues within for queries and escalations, within the Organisation.
- Assesses and manages increases or delays in particular fault categories.
- Reviews adherence to processes and procedures by frontline staff.
- Provides timely update on early detection of system issues affecting customers.
- Drives stakeholder engagement and support to achieve organizational objectives through visible and effective personal interventions.
- Ensures unused data resources tied to uninterested inactive customers are freed for resale by sales teams to ensure a continuous growth in the active customer base.
- Recommends process improvements for areas or refresher training based on wrong reporting by frontline staff or other provisioning errors.
- Escalates system outages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
