• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of all facilities and building systems.


• Supervise and motivate facilities staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.


• Manage vendor contracts and service providers; negotiate for cost-effective services.


• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.


• Prepare and manage facilities budgets; monitor expenditures.


• Lead space planning, relocations, and optimization of facilities use.


• Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact.


• Direct emergency and crisis response for facility-related incidents.


• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to management.


• Full-time, on-site role with both office-based and hands-on responsibilities.
