Purpose:​

To ensure accurate and efficient primary data collection through fieldwork, surveys, and 

interviews, maintaining data integrity and adherence to research protocols. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Execute fieldwork activities including recruitment, interviews, surveys, and observations.  

∙Ensure accurate and ethical data collection in line with project protocols and client 

standards.  

∙Use digital tools such as ODK, SurveyCTO, or KoboToolbox for electronic data capture.  

∙Liaise with community leaders or local authorities to gain access to respondents when 

needed.  

∙Monitor daily data submissions and resolve any issues related to inconsistencies or errors.  

∙Train and supervise enumerators or field assistants for large-scale data collection efforts.  

∙Provide field reports and updates to project coordinators, highlighting key observations or 

challenges.  

Qualifications: 

∙Experience in field data collection (market research or M&E projects preferred). 

∙Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

∙Familiarity with digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO). 

∙Ability to work in remote or challenging environments.
