Inspect, adjust and monitor oil mill equipment • Operate, maintain and repair oil mill machinery • Ensure mill is operating in accordance with safety regulations • Monitor oil mill performance in order to identify problems • Monitor and adjust production flow as needed • Collect samples of oil and send them to laboratory for testing • Monitor raw material quality and ensure all safety standards are met • Track, record and report data on mill performance and equipment maintenance issues • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and take corrective actions, where necessary • Perform regular quality checks to ensure product is of a consistent quality • Monitor and maintain inventory of oil mill raw materials, supplies, and equipment • Complete duties in accordance with shift schedule, company policies and guidelines.
